How do I make a return?

1. Choose the items you wish to return from the “My Orders” page in your account.
2. Complete your request by selecting the related order number and items to be returned. Ensure your personal details are correct.
3. To speed up the process, you can drop your package at the nearest cargo company office. Prepare the product(s) securely to avoid damage during transportation.
4. Please ship the return package to:

5. You can also have your return picked up by the courier at your address within 3 business days, or you may hand over your package at the cargo office. The related return shipping costs will be covered by LC Waikiki.
6. Track your return shipment using the tracking number provided by the courier, also visible in “My Orders” within your account.
7. Your invoice will be sent to your email.
